Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Service@petforhouse.com with your order details.
We will cover the return shipping costs.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
We will provide a prepaid return label for the original item.
Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or customized items.
Items marked as final sale.
Used or damaged items (not due to our error).
Items returned beyond the 30-day return period.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
